So what is this bullshit. I can't upload anymore videos without telling Hamster where I live and give hamster my confident ID, ie. passport or drivers license and other personal info. This isn't the most secure site on the internet.

Yeah, not liking this at all, either. There's privacy implications involved, and I'm not risking getting Дoxxed if the site ends up getting hacked with all the personal details required just to simply upload a video. It's sad, because xHamster has the nicest interface out of most sites out there.

For ID verification hamster wants either your drivers license, passport number or any other official I’d. Then they want you to take a selfie with your ID held up next to your face. This is not a very secure site. How long would it be before this site was hacked and all your personal ID was stolen.

I haven't checked what they are asking for as far as ID or why. Could be new regulations coming in but I am sure that can be gotten around with the right hosting and user rules known upfront and on a reliable service.

Agree...I was thinking of building a replacement. Only if I get a sense that serious users would pay a nominal US$9.95/month. Only target amateur users and content with focus on mature...tailored to women to join and feel safe too...
